白针疗法白针疗法non-bleeding acupuncture therapy白针疗法(non一bleedillg acuPuncturetherapy)应用圆利针、毫针或小宽针在血针穴位以外的穴位上施以适宜祠激，以治疗家畜病证的方法。因与红针(血针疗法)相对而言，故称白针。广义的白针疗法包括针刹与电荆激结合的电针疗法，与微波绪合的徽波针疗法，与电磁结合的电磁针疗法，还有耳针疗法等。操作方法①圆利针刺法。操作时，在针具和穴位等常规消毒后，术者一手按定穴位，一手持针.量取针尖适宜长度，迅速祠透穴位皮肤，再调整针刺角度方向，擂至所需深度，并施以补泻方法，使之呈现针感，即可出针。若需留针，在留针期间，可行针2一3次而出针，并用碘酒充分涂搽针孔。一般每日或隔日一次，5一7次为一疗程。②毫针刺法。与圆利针刺法大致相似。但由于毫针针体细长，弹性好，较圆利针对组织的扭伤更轻徽，所以同一穴位可反复多次施针，并且针胭深度比较深。如马的百会穴圆利针一般刺入3~4.5厘米，而毫针可达6一7.5厘米。还可一针透数穴，以减少针孔数，加大材激量。透穴法可先将针刺进穴位皮肤，然后对准所擂进的穴位方位行针直达该穴位，但勿使针尖穿透皮肤，并继续施以补泻手法，增强针感。术毕退针，消毒针孔。③小宽针急刺法。由于小宽针较圆利针、毫针的针刃锋利，针体粗短，所以临床上对肌肉丰满处的穴位和烈性患畜施针较为方便。但操作时，必须充分消毒，刺穴快而准确。为此，事先持手筋t准针刺深度，使针体与穴位皮肤垂直，快邃一次抽至穴位深处，并顺势出针，不留针，彻底消毒针孔。如抢风、冲天、巴山、路股、大胯、小胯、邪气、汗沟等穴常用此种针法。适应症白针疗法是古老的针灸疗法之一，临证应用极为广泛，对家畜许多内、外、产科疾病都有较好的疗效。如便秘、泄泻、消化不良、宿草不转、闪伤层胯痛、肌肉风湿、肌肉姜缩、外周神经麻痹、脱肛、胎衣不下和不孕症等。注意事项若要取得良好针刺效果，须做到辨证准确，选穴、取穴精当，补泻手法适宜;使患畜神态宁静，体势端正;术者精神贯注，注意手下针感反应;消毒确实，术后勿令涉水、雨淋等。(王清兰)
